Murray landscapes will create your luxury outdoor living space over 3 levels. We have carefully designed your project to maximise the space creating many different areas within the garden, whilst creating an ultra modern look with the selected materials, planting and lighting.
The lower patio area will be an extension to your property via both French doors for entertaining guests, relaxing in the hot tub and having a refreshment in the chill out area.
The mid level will be utilised as an area to relax and unwind on the sun loungers, whilst the upper level will be used for the kids to enjoy the large luxury artificial grass area.
This project has the potential to be an award winning transformation in 2023.
We dug out the existing garden with the use of a 1.6ton mini digger, 1 machine operator, 1 banks man and 1 dumper driver. We excavated the existing garden creating 3 levels with a total of 105ton of spoil being removed from the area.
Once the full excavation was complete, we poured 3.5 cube of C35 concrete for our retaining wall foundations. 30ton of type 1 mot was brought in for the initial sub-base layer which was laid on weed suppressing membrane and compacted using a vibrating plate.
It was then time to install our drainage system to make sure there was no issues with rainwater as this garden was the lowest of all surrounding gardens.
Our team of brickies then got to work and built the retaining walls and planters using over 600 concrete breeze block.
CS electrical then carried out their first fix for the garden lighting. Followed by another 60ton of type 1 mot to complete the sub-base.
We installed a brick slot drainage channel followed by our perimeter charcoal block to define paved areas. Once the Indian sandstone was laid, we cladded the raised planter with a stone face dry stack veneer walling. Prior to this we sealed the inside of the planter using a bitumen paint to prevent moisture seeping through and effecting the cladding.
Our bespoke coping stones were then cut and installed ready for our glass balustrade to be installed.
Nearing the finishing line, the artificial grass was installed, planting was complete, the composite deck was constructed, leaving CS Electrical to install this monster project with LED lighting.
Hot Tub was then installed followed by the construction of the aluminium pergola.
It was then time for the final clean up and wash down of the project prior to walk round with our client.
